The 1st day, August 22 (Wed): Award ceremony, Lecture by award winners, Special lecture, Symposium, Academic exchange party (Time 18:30~20:30), Exhibition

The 2nd day, August 23 (Thu): Oral presentation, Symposium, IUFoST-Japan Symposium, Young researcher meeting (Poster presentation), Mixer session, Luncheon seminar, Exhibition

The 3rd day, August 24 (Fri): Oral presentation, Symposium, Luncheon seminar, Meeting for special topics, Exhibition

 

2. Registration and fee

Participants may pre-register to the annual meeting and the party for academic exchange online by 17:00, August 8, 2018 with early-bird registration fee as below. You do not have to pay before the meeting. Please pay at the meeting venue.

3. Guidelines for oral presentation

Abstract submission:Abstracts can be submitted only via the online Abstract submission system in Japanese. The membership number and password are necessary for an application. The membership number is written in the top right corner of the address label of the envelope, to which a bulletin for the Japanese Society for Food Science and Technology is sent. Please inquire to the following office concerning membership number and application of oral presentation.

 Period for abstract submission:From March 27 (Tue) to 17:00, May 8 (Tue), 2018
 The correction of the abstract is acceptable until 17:00 on Wednesday, May16, 2018.

Presenting Speaker:Presenting speaker will be limited to one person for regular members (including online members), student members (including online members), permanent members, or honorary members. The coauthors except the presenter will not be under these limitations.
